Elite Government Solutions, LLC was founded in 2012 to meet the DCAA-compliance needs of government contractors. The Elite team helps small businesses that are unprepared for their DCAA audits, have gotten behind in their books, need help with GSA Schedules to make their databases DCAA-compliant, or are otherwise out of compliance with DCAA requirements. Elite team members are proficient in a variety of accounting software, including PROCAS, Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon), QuickBooks, Uninet, ICAT, Sage products, and more, and can help you find the right software to meet your government requirements.

About Tim Wynne

Tim WynneTim Wynne is a consultant for Elite Government Solutions, LLC. He enjoys working with business owners to help them with DCAA compliance as well as profit improvements. A native of Washington DC, he has over 22 years of experience in the CFO/Controller position with successful, growing government contractors ranging in size from $5M to $75M.

Some of the recent results Tim has accomplished for prior employers and clients include improvements in EBITDA, banking relations, and relations with outside government officials, including SBA Contracting Officers, and employee morale. He has a bias for optimizing job profits and improving project management information flow.

In his last job Tim managed the the successful acquisition of a $28M government contractor, performing due diligence, negotiating a line of credit for the acquisition, overseeing post acquisition integration efforts and managing cash flow to accomplish repayment of the transaction financing within 3 years. He also built the financial models and data books used to market his $75M employer company for successful sale, playing a key role in management briefings and successfully working through due diligence processes for prospective buyers.

Over his career, he has been responsible for the successful completion and settlement of 12 years of DCAA Incurred Cost Audits and over 20 Pricing and System Audits while also preparing, signing and submitting the same number of yearly Incurred Cost Submissions (ICE) as part of his job. He has worked through 5 accounting software installations or conversions and 4 installations of electronic timekeeping and expense.

Tim is a CPA, (inactive license), and holds a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University.

About Leslie ShropshireLeslie Shropshire

Leslie Shropshire is a consultant for Elite Government Solutions, LLC. He is passionate about process improvement and has a great track record of helping clients streamline their accounting processes. He performs full cycle accounting for his government contractor clients at Elite.

Leslie has two years accounting experience with government contracting and one year of public accounting experience. He improved the collections process for one client, resulting in collections of over $500,000 of past due receivables. For another client, he created standard accounting procedures to facilitate employee training and reduce employee turnover costs.

Leslie has a degree in Accounting from Widener University. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, snowboarding, and watching Game of Thrones, The Blacklist, and The Walking Dead.

About Rina Campos

Rina CamposAs a full charge bookkeeper for Elite, RIna Campos loves showing clients how to make their bookkeeping easier so they can focus on their business. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and is certified in Microsoft Office.

Rina’s daily duties include full charge bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payables, accounts receivables, and financial reporting and analysis. She has worked in a variety of industries, including construction, nonprofit, professional services, government contracting, and food service. Rina loves to watch action movies and is a pet lover, with an American Eskimo, Chihuahua, and two cats in her household. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Linda Cahill is Founder and Managing Partner of Elite Government Solutions, LLC. Her vision is to provide a comprehensive solution for government contractors that need to get their books, processes, and databases DCAA-compliant so they can keep their contracts and stay in business. While Linda founded Elite Government Solutions, LLC in 2012, she continues to operate her bookkeeping company, Arrow Bookkeeping, which she founded in 1995.
